Employed Dentist

We are looking for an Employed Dentist to join our friendly, experienced and supportive practices in the Hampshire area

Clinicians increasingly want to find a better balance between their work and family life, grow the career that is right for them, and get back to why they got into Dentistry in the first place: to support patients and help their local communities.

As an Employed Dentist, you’ll join us in a salaried, employed role across a number of practices in a defined area. So, whether you’re looking for something different or simply want to enjoy the security of a salaried, employed role, this is the perfect career opportunity for you.

We currently have a Regional Employed Dentist opportunity in the Hampshire Area. Here you’ll benefit from:

  • Working in one or more of our practices in the area
  • Guaranteed Base Salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000
  • Uncapped bonus scheme
  • GDC, Medical Indemnity, Laboratory Bills & core CPD paid – private work paid at 40% of fees
  • 25 days paid holiday + stats + 5 CPD days
  • Access to the mydentist Academy, development days, and networking events
  • Employee benefits i.e. maternity leave, sick leave etc
  • Flexible working hours to suit your other commitments from 2 days to 5 days a week (salary would be pro-rata accordingly)
  • A car allowance if you work in more than one practice

Being part of great community matters – and it isn’t just about where you live. When you join  {my}dentist, you’ll become part of a community of more than 3,000 dental professionals; you’ll get support from the largest clinical leadership network anywhere in the country; you’ll have help when you need it from our industry-leading patient support, compliance and legal teams; and you’ll have access to the {my}dentist Academy to get the support you need to build the career that is right for you.

We have been working incredibly hard to make sure that the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures, and our own chain of protective measures, are in place across all practices. This ensures that not only are our patients and colleagues protected but that more patients can be treated.  We have invested £1.25m to install state-of-the-art air filtration units in our practices, which means our surgeries have at least 10 air changes per hour allowing the fallow period to reduce to just 20 minutes.

We’re continuing to support our self-employed private clinicians, so they can start providing safe, routine treatments again. Our clinicians can grow their private careers through initiatives like {my}options, our affordable approach to private dentistry, and {my}smile, our take on clear aligners, which last year helped the average clinician at {my}dentist grow their private revenues by more than 25%.

Apply today or call Rhys Ravenscroft on 07595122586 or email to find out more about our fantastic opportunities. We can also put you in touch with a fellow Clinician who would be more than happy to answer any queries you may have.
